We are aware of fraudulent activities by individuals or organizations falsely claiming to represent Globalkeep. These scams may involve fake websites, social media accounts, emails, or text messages using Globalkeep’s name or logo without authorization.

How to recognize fraudulent activity:

Emails from domains not affiliated with Globalkeep (e.g., @yahoo.com, @gmail.com) or domains that mimic but differ from our official domain (e.g., @Globalkeep). All legitimate Globalkeep email addresses end with @globalkeepebike.com.

Messages that appear official but ask you to transfer payments to a different and unverified account.

Suspicious emails or calls requesting you to respond, click on links, or open attachments.

If you suspect fraud, contact your local law enforcement.

U.S. residents: Report to the FBI Internet Crime Complaint Centre.

Canadian residents: Report to the Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre.
