1. How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
You can use this tracking number on the carrier's website to check the latest delivery status.

2. When will I receive my tracking number?

Tracking numbers are usually issued within 1–3 business days after your order has been processed and shipped.

Once available, the tracking information will be sent to your registered email address.

3. Why is my tracking number not updating?

Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after the shipping label is created.

If your tracking has not updated for more than 3 business days, please contact our support team and we will assist you.

4. How long does shipping take?

Estimated delivery times depend on your location:

United States: 2–8 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, customs clearance, or carrier delays.
