At Globalkeep, we are committed to providing a thoughtful and comprehensive return experience. Please carefully review the following details before initiating a return.
I. Non-Quality Issues
1. Brand-New, Unused Bikes
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify:
- The bike must be unused and in original condition
- Returned in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Refund Terms
Within 14 Days of Delivery
- Full refund
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping ($200 per bike)
15–30 Days After Delivery
- Full refund
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping ($200 per bike)
- A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the order amount
2. Used Bikes
Within 30 Days of Delivery
- Full refund
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping ($200 per bike)
- A 20% restocking fee will be deducted
After 30 Days
- Returns are not accepted
II. Quality Issues
Important:
Minor damage to non-critical components that does not affect riding safety or functionality is not covered under this return policy. In such cases, we will provide after-sales service instead of a return or refund.
1. Within 14 Days of Delivery
You may choose:
- A full refund with no return shipping fees or handling charges
OR - Exchange for another electric bike with no return shipping cost
Important Notice:
All quality claims will be carefully inspected by the Globalkeep team. If no manufacturing defect is found and damage is determined to be intentional or caused by improper use, return shipping fees will apply.
2. 14–30 Days After Delivery
Return eligibility will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Note:
Within 30 days of delivery, if any part is defective or missing, we will provide replacement parts free of charge based on the situation.
3. After 30 Days
The product will be covered under the Globalkeep Warranty Policy.
Returns and refunds are no longer available.
III. Parts & Accessories
1. Brand-New, Unused Parts or Accessories
Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days.
Requirements:
- Items must be in resalable condition
Customers are responsible for:
- Round-trip shipping costs
- Any additional fees (restocking fees, taxes, or platform transaction fees)
Exception:
If the wrong item was shipped or the product has a quality issue, all related costs will be covered by Globalkeep.
2. Opened or Used Parts & Accessories
Returns and refunds are not accepted.
IV. Minor Cosmetic Issues
For minor issues that do not affect riding safety, such as:
- Loose or peeling stickers
- Minor paint imperfections
- Light surface scratches
Customers may choose to keep the electric bike and contact our support team for appropriate compensation. Compensation will be determined based on the specific situation.
V. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at:

If your return request is approved:
- We will provide a return label and detailed instructions
- Refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days after the returned item is received and inspected
Important Notes
- Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted
- If exchanging for a new bike, the original bike must be returned first
- Globalkeep is not responsible for customer-arranged return shipments or lost return packages
