Let me tell you how to do it:

First, provide the order number and order screenshot of your purchase, hen provide a picture of the battery key port. (As shown in Figure 2)

1.Battery key: There is a letter + number code（K0**） on the metal ring of the battery key socket, and you need to provide a clear picture, as shown below.

2.Throttle Switch key: We will send you a brand-new throttle and two keys..
