The recommended rider height for Globalkeep K6 PRO is 5'5" ~ 6'8"; The total payload capacity of Globalkeep K6 PRO is 330 lbs (not including the bike weight).
Will there be safety risks with the battery?
Our battery is SGS certified, so there are no issues with everyday use. However, it's advisable to avoid placing it near sources of fire or other hazardous areas. Additionally, all our vehicle batteries and accessories are rated IP65 for water resistance, meaning they can operate even in rainy weather. Nevertheless, for safety reasons,

Currently, most of our products are for pickup, but to ensure quick shipping, our warehouses are located in various cities across the US. Do I need to assemble the bike?
The Globalkeep K6 PRO is partially 95% assembled. You have to install some parts by your self, such as the front wheel, handlebar, saddle, pedals, and fender. You can download the user manual or look at the assembly video for help.
